DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday at 11am. \nQi Gong is an ancient Chinese form of movement and meditation to improve health and well-being. \nIn the outdoor Qi Gong class with Mary you will start with a Wellness Qi Gong warm up routine. This will be followed by a Shaolin Stretching (Yi Jing Ba Shi) routine to activate & stretch the main energy meridians. \nWe will finish with Han Yang Ryu Yi Gong – a moving meditation to harmonise the yin and yang energy in the body. \nNo special equipment is required for the class as all routines are performed standing. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Immerse yourself in the ancient craft of weaving St. Brigid’s Cross\, a skill passed down through Neolithic times. But the magic doesn’t end there— enjoy an Imbolg guided meditation to focus on your aims for the year ahead. Picture yourself in the midst of the festival’s pre-Christian roots. Listen to tales of the Goddess Brigid and the rich tapestry of Imbolg’s links to dairy\, fishing\, and beer making.
