SUMMARY:Yoga at Johnstown Castle
DESCRIPTION:Alanna is a 500 hour qualified Yoga Teacher with a background in mental health. Combining her experience with traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga along with modern Trauma Informed Yoga teachings\, Alanna takes a considered approach to her yoga classes. \nWhat to expect:\nThis slow yoga flow works beautifully with the surrounding environment of Johnstown Castle. It creates a calm and grounding energy for a lovely midweek and weekend reset. Through intentional movement and connection with the breath we can learn to tune in to the body and bring calm to the mind. \nFor the summer months the classes will either be held in the walled garden or the ballroom of the castle.
