DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Irish Agricultural Museum on Friday 25 September at 11am for a fun\, hands-on workshop with Teagasc soil scientists as part of Soil Health Week 2026. \nLearn more about the soils beneath our feet\, why healthy soil is so important for food production and the environment\, and discover some simple ways to assess soil health. You’ll also get the chance to explore how mapping resources can be used to identify the soils in your local area. \nThis is a relaxed\, interactive event and is suitable for all ages. \n\nFriday 25 September 2026 | 11am\nSpecial Exhibition Room\, Irish Agricultural Museum (on the left as you enter the museum)\n\nThe workshop is free for Irish Heritage Trust Members and is included with daily admission for all other visitors. No booking is required.
