Bats, Bees and Otter Things
September 20 @ 11:00 - 12:00

Join Matt Wheeler & Harm Deenen on Saturday 20th September as they take you through a 10 year journey of wildlife at Johnstown.
Johnstown is a haven for Irish wildlife, offering a remarkable diversity of species across its extensive woodlands, lakes, meadows, and gardens. The estate is home to native mammals such as otters, red squirrels, and pine martens; a wide range of bird life and waterfowl, including swans, ducks, and seasonal migrants; and a wealth of insects and vital pollinators supported by wildflower meadows & restored habitats.
Over the past decade, Harm Deenen and Matt Wheeler have dedicated themselves to monitoring and recording this rich biodiversity.
