Yoga at Johnstown Castle

Alanna is a 500 hour qualified Yoga Teacher with a background in mental health. Combining her experience with traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga along with modern Trauma Informed Yoga teachings, Alanna takes a considered approach to her yoga classes.
What to expect:
This slow yoga flow works beautifully with the surrounding environment of Johnstown Castle. It creates a calm and grounding energy for a lovely midweek and weekend reset. Through intentional movement and connection with the breath we can learn to tune in to the body and bring calm to the mind.
For the summer months the classes will either be held in the walled garden or the ballroom of the castle. (weather dependent)

Every Tuesday and Saturday at 10am.
What is needed:
This class is suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, and whatever else you might need to feel comfortable on the day (water bottle, layers, blanket etc).
