Alanna is a Yoga Teacher with a background in Mental Health Nursing. Combining her experience of working in the field of mental health with yoga teachings, Alanna takes a considered approach to her yoga classes.
What to expect
This indoor slow yoga flow uses the surrounding nature to create a calm and grounding energy for a lovely weekend reset. Through gentle, intentional movement and connection with the breath we can learn to tune in to the body and bring calm to the mind.
What is needed
This class is suitable for all levels, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, and whatever else you might need to feel comfortable on the day (water bottle, layers, blanket etc).
Every Tuesday and Saturday at 10am.
