Practicing meditation can help clear away the mind’s chatter. Studies show that meditating even for as little as 10 minutes increases relaxation and decreases anxiety and depression!
Meditation increases happiness, reduces stress, and promotes calmness. It shows you how to become fully present, grounded, and at peace in yourself. It can be much easier to learn meditation in a group than on your own.
A teacher and therapist, Anne Marie has shared mindfulness and meditation for many years. She embodies everything that these practices can bring. She will guide you to discover your own connection to life, as you move towards real joy and happiness.
Join Anne Marie every Monday for a 1 hour meditation class inside the beautiful and serene Johnstown Castle.
Please bring a cushion/yoga mat/blanket to the class if you wish to be more comfortable.
