On Wednesday November 8th at 7pm, Filmwex Productions present the screening of an honest and open film documentary. The documentary is about Edward and Deirdre Barker’s journey with Lewy Body Dementia.
The film documentary ‘buttons, zips & belt buckles’ (80mins) by award winning Wexford filmmaker Philip Bertrand Cullen will be screened. The documentary is a truthful, honest and open account of Edward and Deirdre Barker. It shows the couple navigating their way through the complex journey of Dementia.
The film will be followed by a Q&A information session with special guests: Jason Carroll – FAMILY CARERS IRELAND and Laurence Collins – ALZHEIMERS IRELAND.
Tickets are priced at €10 and the proceeds will be donated to Family Carers Ireland (Wexford branch) and Alzheimer’s Ireland.
